Basil Pesto/Brie Fondue
Spread a layer of Basil Pesto on the bottom of an oven proof bowl. Place a round Brie on top and bake at 375° for 10-15 minutes or until completely soft and melted. Spoon in some more Pesto, stir and serve like fondue with crostini or pita crisps.
Party Potatoes
Boil small new potatoes until tender. Split and top with our Spinach Feta Dip. Bake in a 350º-oven for 15 minutes and serve. Who needs Caviar?!

Roll out some store-bought puff pastry dough. Brush with butter. Spread our Ginger-Spice Cream Cheese down the center. Spread some honey on top and fold both sides of the pastry over the center to close. Brush with melted butter, bake at 350º until browned. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, slice and serve.
